Important featuresA manually curated database of experimentally validated cervical cancer genes. The database has genes that are up/down-regulated, methylated, amplified and mutated in different stages of cervical cancer. Each gene has information regarding its sequence, location, architecture, function, chromosomal positions, accession numbers, CDS sizes, gene ontology and homology, and is linked to various other external sources. It also includes information related to miRNAs involved in cervical carcinogenesis.
